a new day in savannah

• A new day

a new brilliant blooming spring day upon the savannah dew on the riverstreet-River front

the fog and the people yelling in song with the green voisterously manifest in their hasten remarks and their drunkenness

then there amongst the crowd of intoxicated enthusiasts is two joyous lovers parading in bright periwinkle and pink

They prance hand in hand trying not to gaze into the others eyes as they cannot forfeit their engaging pride

They beckon no mercy in their attraction while smelling

the breeze of the cold and foggy Savannah morning

They stop to enjoy the barge and the sounds of notification that a huge vessel is approaching the Savannah ports awaiting to take another export to the international community

The two wander amongst the lively and sinning crowd in their own path in the sea of humorous ignorant fools

they stop at the park to dream and reflect

he touches her hand which signals electricity under her breast

she says to the dreamer to... the wanderer, "stop and listen,"

he closes his eyes and she says, "smell," while she also entertains herself in the moment of observance

in the spring park, they hear the birds chirping

they smell the magnolias blooming

they hear the crowd stopping

they hear the breeze soaring and they feel the other's heart beating and bouncing

They two clarify nothing but open their eyes to engage in a perfect moment not to be relived

Its no travesty to not afford this particular engagement

The extreme decadence in their love is the passion for one another not to be renounced

They leave the Savannah river front to only come back and to someday releave and relive their dreams, while living in the beauty of the moment
